About the Role
About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our hiring operations and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, stakeholder management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring activities in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates to ensure seamless interview scheduling and recruitment process execution. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders Manage end-to-end interview logistics including calendar management, meeting invites, and follow-ups Act as a point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Track interview feedback and drive timely closure with stakeholders Maintain accurate candidate records, hiring trackers, and ATS updates Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination Handle interview reschedules, conflicts, and last-minute changes efficiently Assist in recruitment reporting and hiring metrics management Partner with recruiters to ensure process adherence and operational excellence Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordination processes Use AI tools like ChatGPT and other productivity tools to improve efficiency and communication Draft professional emails, interview communication, summaries, and coordination notes Explore smarter ways to optimize recruitment operations and workflows Requirements 0-1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination / Recruitment Operations / HR Coordination Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and process orientation Ability to manage multiple interview schedules simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/product organization environment Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office tools Experience working with ATS platforms is preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Skills Prior experience in tech hiring coordination Exposure to offer management and onboarding coordination Strong follow-up and ownership mindset Ability to work with cross-functional and leadership stakeholders What We're Looking For Strong execution and coordination capabilities Problem-solving mindset with a bias for action Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize effectively Candidate-first approach with excellent responsiveness Strong collaboration and communication skills Why Join Us Opportunity to work closely with high-performing hiring teams Fast-paced learning environment Exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations Career growth opportunities within Talent Acquisition and HR
