Key Responsibilities Teach undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education courses in FinTech and related areas. Design and update curriculum aligned with global industry developments and academic standards. Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals. Supervise doctoral, postgraduate, and project-based research students. Build strong linkages with industry, startups, regulators, and financial institutions. Contribute to case development, curriculum innovation, and experiential learning. Lead funded research projects, conferences, workshops, and academic initiatives. Participate in academic governance, accreditation, and institutional development. Mentor faculty and students in research, publications, and professional development. Represent the university at national and international academic and industry forums.
