Design, build, and maintain AI agents and Copilot experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate and optimize business workflows Develop conversational and task-driven agents to manage real-time operational issues including service requests, alerts, escalations, and workflow orchestration Build a thorough understanding of client business processes to identify and define AI opportunities Partner with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities Gather pain points across business and technical stakeholders. Translate business and IT operational requirements into scalable Copilot solutions Lead the definition of AI Copilot strategies, prioritize initiatives, and drive implementation Prioritize AI use cases using a data-driven and impact-based approach Design and build Gen AI solutions tailored to client requirements Integrate copilots with enterprise data and workflows Work closely with Zensar's SGO team to align outcomes and delivery Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models for performance and accuracy Stay updated with emerging Gen AI and Copilot capabilities Recommend upgrades, enhancements, and new AI solutions as needed Additional Information:** Candidates should have the flexibility to support US Easter time zone as required.
