This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients. We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our dynamic finance team and gain hands-on experience in financial operations, accounting, and reporting. This role offers exposure to core finance functions including reconciliations, financial analysis, taxation, and audit support. The intern will work closely with the finance team on day-to-day operations as well as strategic financial projects. Responsibilities: Perform reconciliations of books of accounts, statutory reports, and internal financial data Assist in preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial reports and identify variances Support in passing accounting entries and maintaining accurate financial records Conduct financial and variance analysis to derive insights Support GST reconciliations Assist in audit processes and related documentation Manage branch transfer entries and inter-company transactions Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for financial transactions Work on financial data analysis using MS Excel Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial and business projects Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality of financial data Required: Education: Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge Attributes: Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, ability to work in a team environment
