Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and building long-term relationships with clients to foster business growth. The role also involves managing client accounts, developing strategies to achieve business goals, and effectively communicating value propositions to potential and existing customers. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify growth opportunities and expand client base. Strong skills in Business and Account Management, ensuring professional handling of client relationships and fostering trust. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present, negotiate, and collaborate with clients and internal teams. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving business success. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in financial services, discounting solutions, or similar domains is a plus.
