About the Role
• Process Discovery:Identify inefficiencies and friction points across support, implementation, and customer-success workflows.
• Opportunity Mapping:Contribute to a backlog of AI / automation ideas, prioritised by impact and feasibility.
• Rapid Prototyping:Build small-scale prototypes like chatbots, workflow automations, and dashboards using low-code tools, Python, or notebooks.
• Pilot Support:Help deploy and monitor pilot AI solutions with internal teams, collect feedback, and track basic usage metrics.
• Iteration:Iterate on prototypes based on user feedback to make them production-ready.
• Documentation:Create prompt libraries, simple documentation, and internal demo materials for scaled adoption.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with global teams across Delivery, Support, and Customer Success to align AI initiatives with business needs.
