About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  • Provide after-sales support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
