About the Role

As a Telecaller at #1 Vinayak InfoSoft, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting our SEO services in a compelling manner. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our company.

With a strong focus on customer communication and relationship-building, this role requires a high level of enthusiasm, persistence, and professionalism. You will be working from home, which means you must be self-motivated and disciplined to meet your daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to understand their business needs and present our SEO services.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up calls.
• Meet daily targets for making calls and converting leads into sales.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to improve sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
• Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales team to improve sales processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent marketing and sales skills, with the ability to convince and persuade clients.
• Teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
