In this role, you will be working on the International Voice Process, handling customer calls and providing top-notch service to clients across the globe. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
  • Rotational shift work experience, if any.
