About the Role

As a Customer Support Officer at Aark Infotech, you will be the primary point of contact for customers of Hindusthan Petrolium corporation Limited, handling their queries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, or in-person. Skills & Qualifications

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of customer support software and tools.
  • Degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications).
  • 0-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles or related industries.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
