About the Role
As a Field Officer Sales- Liabilities, you will be responsible for promoting and selling liability products such as saving accounts, CASA products, and cross-selling services to customers in the Dehradun and Rudrapur regions. Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets and increase the company's market share in the BFSI sector.
You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and execute them to achieve desired results. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets for liability products, including saving accounts, CASA products, and cross-selling services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the BFSI sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and industry trends.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (0-3 years).
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet customers and prospects.
