About the Role
As a Field Officer Sales- Liabilities, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales of liability products such as saving accounts and cross-selling opportunities in the BFSI sector. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the BFSI sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Drive sales of liability products such as saving accounts and cross-selling opportunities
- Meet sales targets and achieve revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product offerings and provide customers with comprehensive solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
