Field Officer Sales- Vehicle Loan

About the Role

As a Field Officer Sales- Vehicle Loan, you will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicle loan products to customers in the Bhubaneswar and Cuttack regions. Your primary goal will be to identify potential customers, build relationships with them, and provide them with the best possible loan options.

You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and preferences, and then present them with tailored loan solutions. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building trust with customers and closing deals.

On a daily basis, you will be visiting customers at their homes or workplaces, meeting with them to discuss their loan requirements, and providing them with information about our vehicle loan products. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bhubaneswar and Cuttack regions
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Provide customers with information about our vehicle loan products and services
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the auto finance or banking industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of vehicle loan products and services
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
