About the Role

As an Odoo Accountant at Ab infocom, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with Indian tax laws. You will work closely with the finance team to implement and maintain Odoo's financial management system, ensuring seamless workflow management and financial reporting. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reconciliations, financial analysis, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Odoo's financial management system, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the management team, highlighting key trends and areas of improvement.
• Implement and maintain Indian tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with GST and TDS.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring the company remains compliant.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Odoo, with experience in financial management and accounting modules.
• Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, including GST and TDS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
