## Key Responsibilities

• Help the team responsible for talent acquisition in managing the entire process of recruiting, including scheduling, sourcing, and onboarding tasks.

• Plan interview schedules in various time zones with applicants or hiring staff.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Keep accurate records of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including candidate information and status information.

• Inform candidates clearly about details of the interview, feedback and any subsequent steps.

• Send out offer letters together with the necessary documentation for employment.

• Make sure that you adhere to US regulations on employment and hiring rules.

• Create dashboards and reports for recruitment to measure the hiring metrics.

• Post jobs on appropriate online job sites and platforms for professionals.

• Collaboration with hiring managers is essential to get timely feedback and updates on the process.

• Find out what talent is needed, evaluate the skills of workers, and assist in filling the gaps in skills.

## Requirements

• Any Graduation degree.

• From 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience (0-2 years preferred).

• Professionally-designed communication skills, including email writing skills and virtual interaction capabilities.

• Pay attention to the smallest of details and organisational abilities to handle many tasks.

• Ability to perform effectively in a team setting with rotating shifts, as required.

• Experience with basic recruitment processes and ATS tools that are basic is a plus.
