AGBG Full Stack Engineer Specialist

About the Role

This role involves leading client-facing delivery of cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud, with a focus on deep product expertise and domain depth in one or more of Customer 360, CCAI/Contact Center, Cloud Modernization, or Data & AI.

As a Full Stack Engineer Specialist, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end engineering, mentoring teams, and shaping repeatable offerings tied to measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy complex, cloud-native applications on Google Cloud, working across the entire service delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to production support.
• Work directly with clients to understand business challenges, translate requirements into technical designs, and act as a technical advisor for the client throughout the project.
• Manage and mentor on-shore and off-shore project teams, conduct peer reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
• Apply modern engineering practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) within an Agile framework to deliver high-quality software at pace.
• Leverage expertise to deliver outstanding results in one or more of the following Google Cloud domains: Data & AI, Generative & Agentic AI, Security Operations (SecOps) & Cyber Defense, Marketing Intelligence & Personalization, Customer Engagement (CES), Application & Infrastructure Modernization, or Workplace & Collaboration Solutions.
• Design and build solutions that integrate Chronicle (SIEM/SOAR), Mandiant, and Security Command Center; automate response workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its various services.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native application development, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and modern engineering practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Developer or Professional Cloud Architect certification is a plus.
• Experience with BigQuery, DataFlow, Looker, Vertex AI, Gemini models, Chronicle, Mandiant, Security Command Center, Apigee, Google Workspace, and Google Apps Script.
