About the Role
This HR Service Delivery New Associate role involves working closely with clients to improve workforce performance and productivity, while also boosting business agility and reducing costs. As a key member of the HR team, you'll be responsible for talent acquisition, including sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your goal will be to fill positions with the best talent efficiently, while also developing an understanding of the talent market and proactively searching for qualified people.
Key Responsibilities
- Read, understand, and analyze client processes as per business rules, and execute them accurately and timely.
- Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex problems or issues.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to client employees, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Ensure Data Transfer Protocols (DTPs) are followed and updated regularly, and share knowledge on process updates as required.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.
- Propose process improvement ideas to reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including email writing and communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including analytical skills, collaborative thinking, and adaptability to change.
- Verbal communication skills, including sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.
- Customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.
- HRO Operations and HRO Systems knowledge.
- Talent Acquisition and Talent Sourcing skills.
