About the Role

As a Trust & Safety New Associate at Accenture, you will help keep the internet safe by reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content. You will investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues, and develop strategies to interrogate large language models on sensitive topics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review user-generated content and flag or remove inappropriate material.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust & Safety team.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on responsible AI topics.
• Collaborate with team members to create best practices and guidelines for content moderation.
