About the Role

As an Order to Cash Operations New Associate at Accenture in India, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order-to-cash processes, from billing and invoicing to account reconciliations and cash application. Your primary focus will be on managing and resolving collection disputes, deductions, and other related issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure accurate and timely cash settlements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process billing and invoicing for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Perform account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate cash application.
  • Manage and resolve collection disputes, deductions, and other related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and finance, to drive process improvements and ensure accurate and timely cash settlements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless order-to-cash processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in order-to-cash operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Order to Cash operations experience (0-4 years)
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of billing and invoicing processes, account reconciliations, and cash application
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Order to Cash software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
