About the Role
As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Call Centre representative at AccessHealthcare, you will be responsible for communicating with customers to resolve any queries or concerns related to their accounts receivable. This role involves handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Day-to-day, you will be working in a fast-paced call centre environment, interacting with customers to resolve their issues, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to accounts receivable via phone calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and any other correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the accounts receivable team to ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed and resolved.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling times, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure that all customer interactions are in line with these guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Basic knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call centre environment, with multiple calls and customer interactions simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in commerce or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
