CA Fresher (FP & Analysis)

About the Role

As a Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher in our CFO Department, you'll work closely with clients, gain exposure to CFO advisory functions, and participate in client-facing assignments across various industries. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in financial analysis, management reporting, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in CFO support and advisory assignments to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Conduct financial analysis, MIS reporting, and management reporting to help clients make informed decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities to ensure clients' financial stability.
• Assist in financial due diligence and business performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for financial data and reporting requirements to ensure seamless communication.
• Participate in client visits and meetings to understand business operations and financial processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with articleship experience in Audit only.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial issues.
• Good communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey financial insights to clients.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting, TDS, GST, Budgeting & Forecasting, and client visits.
• Knowledge of financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow statements.
