About the Role
In this Telesales Field Boy position at Act, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services, handling customer inquiries, and performing administrative tasks to support sales efforts.
As a Telesales Field Boy, you will be the face of the company, interacting with customers and building relationships to drive sales growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products or services and handle customer inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting to support sales efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth and revenue
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Skills & Qualifications
- 0 to 4 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and performance metrics
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in data management tools
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to learn and adapt to new products, services, and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
