About the Role
As a Home Loan Executive, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets by acquiring new customers for home loans, managing existing relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve prospecting, lead generation, and negotiation to secure loan deals. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with loan products, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for home loans
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, online marketing, and community events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Negotiate loan deals with customers, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties
- Stay up-to-date with loan products, market trends, and competitor analysis to provide expert advice to customers
- Manage a designated territory to maximize sales potential
- Attend client meetings and presentations to showcase loan products and services
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Valid driver's license to travel to client meetings and presentations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of loan products, including home loans, personal loans, and credit cards
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
