Business Analyst (LOS-RCMB)

About the Role

This Business Analyst position is a crucial part of the Loan Origination System (LOS) team at Aditya Birla Group. As a fresher, you'll play a key role in understanding loan origination processes, documenting requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth.

As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with business teams, IT, vendors, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflows. Your primary focus will be on requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, as well as process mapping and gap analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand loan origination processes and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze current workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies, recommending improvements aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in configuring LOS modules, preparing detailed BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.
• Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, vendors, and QA teams, facilitating workshops, walkthroughs, and requirement sign-offs.
• Define test scenarios and cases based on business requirements, coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
• Support change requests, impact analysis, and version control of LOS features, ensuring smooth rollout of new functionalities.
• Ensure LOS features comply with internal policies and external regulations, working with audit and compliance teams to address control gaps.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in system configuration, data extraction, and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with compliance and risk management principles, particularly in the financial services industry.
• Basic knowledge of reporting and MIS tools, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
