Product Risk Analyst

About the Role

As a Product Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring the company's portfolio risk, extracting data from various systems and credit MIS, and preparing risk dashboards on Excel and Power BI. You will also work on automation projects, develop monitoring dashboards, and conduct detailed data analysis and risk assessments to drive strategic risk management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor portfolio risk, identifying potential credit default, operational, and concentration risks.
• Extract data from various systems and credit MIS to prepare risk dashboards on Excel and Power BI.
• Prepare risk decks for regional review, PDD review, bounce analysis, and CEO review.
• Collaborate with business and credit teams to gather feedback and improve risk management processes.
• Develop and implement new strategies for better early warning signals.
• Design and develop scorecards for monitoring and application purposes.
• Contribute to the development of new products and policies, and participate in peer comparisons to understand credit risk aspects.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI and MS Excel for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Experience with automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and credit risk management principles.
• Degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
