About the Role

The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders through an accelerated career path. This program is intended for post-graduate students from colleges across India, providing them with the opportunity to build a robust career in the sales verticals of all our business lines of Aditya Birla Capital.

Responsibilities

Key Result Areas include:

• Driving sales of financial products and achieving sales targets.
• Deploying effective marketing strategies to sell financial products.
• Ensuring all pre- and post-sales support and services to customers/clients.
• Relationship management with stakeholders and partners and aligning to their requirements.
• Manpower planning, team management, and continuously developing and supporting team members in their deliverables.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• MBA/PGDM with specialization in sales & marketing/BFSI.
• 0-3 years of prior experience.
• Able to maintain a high level of professionalism in your working role.
• Highly motivated and passionate to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to get results in a high-demanding environment.
• Willingness to work from any location.
• High learning agility and willingness to learn on the ground.
• Comfortable with regular business traveling within the zone/region assigned.
