About the Role

The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is a 2-year accelerated career path designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders.

This program is intended for post-graduate students from colleges across India, providing them with the opportunity to build a robust career in the sales verticals of all our business lines of Aditya Birla Capital.

Responsibilities

Key Result Areas include:

  • Driving sales of financial products and achieving sales targets as per the goal sheet.
  • Deploying effective marketing strategies to sell financial products.
  • Ensuring all pre- and post-sales support and services to customers/clients.
  • Relationship management with stakeholders and partners and aligning to their requirements.
  • Manpower planning, team management, and continuously developing and supporting team members in their deliverables.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA/PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing/BFSI.
  • 0-3 years of prior experience in sales.
  • Able to maintain a high level of professionalism in your working role.
  • Highly motivated and passionate to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to get results in a high-demanding environment.
  • Willingness to work from any location.
  • High learning agility and willingness to learn on the ground.
  • Comfortable with regular business traveling within the zone/region assigned.
