About the Role

The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is a 2-year program designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders through an accelerated career path.

This program is intended for post-graduate students from colleges across India, providing them with the opportunity to build a robust career in the sales verticals of all our business lines of Aditya Birla Capital.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales of financial Products and achieve Sales Targets as per the Goal Sheet.
• Deploy effective marketing strategies to sell financial products.
• Ensure all the Pre- and Post-Sales Support and Services to the Customers / Clients.
• Relationship Management with stakeholders and partners and aligning to their requirements.
• Manpower planning, Team Management and continuously developing and supporting them in their deliverables.

What You'll Need

• MBA / PGDM with specialization into Sales & Marketing / BFSI.
• 0 – 3 years of prior experience.
• Highly motivated and passionate to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to get results in high demanding environment.
• Willingness to work from any location.
• High Learning agility and willingness to learn on the ground.
• Comfortable for regular business travelling within the Zone / Region assigned.
