About the Role

The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program (SLP) is a 0-3 year program designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders through an accelerated career path.

This program is intended for post-graduate students from colleges across India, providing them with the opportunity to build a robust career in the sales verticals of all our business lines of Aditya Birla Capital.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of financial products and achieve sales targets as per the goal sheet.
  • Deploy effective marketing strategies to sell financial products.
  • Ensure all pre- and post-sales support and services to customers/clients.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners and align to their requirements.
  • Plan manpower, manage teams, and continuously develop and support them in their deliverables.

What You'll Need

  • MBA/PGDM with specialization in sales & marketing/BFSI.
  • 0-3 years of prior experience in sales.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in working roles.
  • Highly motivated and passionate to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to get results in a high-demanding environment.
  • Willingsness to work from any location.
  • High learning agility and willingness to learn on the ground.
  • Comfortable with regular business traveling within the zone/region assigned.
