About the Role: Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part Time HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department. In this role, you will assist with various HR functions including recruitment, employee records management, and employee communication. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in HR within a supportive and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. Assist with employee communications and HR-related inquiries. Help prepare HR reports and documentation as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Perform administrative tasks to support the HR team. | Requirements: Previous experience or coursework in Human Resources or related field is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work part-time hours flexibly.
