About the Role
As a Client Pitcher / Business Development Executive at Adzbrand, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, closing deals, and expanding the company's client base through effective sales and marketing techniques.
Day-to-day, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and pitch Adzbrand's services to potential clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, build a strong pipeline of leads, and contribute to the company's overall growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and pitch tailored solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of Adzbrand's services.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies with marketing efforts and drive business growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in a commission-based role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing principles.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website design is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
