About the Role
In this role, you will be working as a Customer Support Executive in a voice process, handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be interacting with customers via phone calls, responding to their queries, and providing solutions to their problems.
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, and your primary responsibility will be to ensure that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. You will be working in a team environment, collaborating with other support executives and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, are comfortable with communication, and have a strong problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats, and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors or other support teams as needed.
- Collaborate with other support executives and supervisors to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and other performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in any field.
- Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Konkani languages.
- Versant score of 4 or higher.
