About the Role
This Marketing Analyst role is a key part of the Performance Marketing Team at Agoda, a world leader in online marketing. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, including search, display, and modeling. You will work closely with experts from diverse backgrounds to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to improve campaign performance and customer lifetime value.
- Analyze and optimize search engine marketing campaigns on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and other search engines.
- Test, analyze, and optimize display campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Model and analyze vast amounts of data generated by experiments to develop predictive models for optimization.
- Build and maintain dashboards for account managers to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data science, to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative subject, such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or science.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis packages or databases, such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, or SQL.
- Good numerical reasoning skills and ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and marketing strategies.
- Experience in digital marketing, data science, or a related field is highly desirable.
