UI/UX Design Intern

About the Role

As a UI/UX Design Intern at Agroji Platforms Private Limited, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life, and continuously learning and growing in the field of UI/UX design.

You will work on a variety of projects, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity design and testing, to ensure that our software applications are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet the needs of our users.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in UI/UX design, work with a talented team, and contribute to the development of innovative software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and user experiences for software applications, considering user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure that our software applications meet user needs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and other design assets to ensure consistency across our software applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new design tools and technologies.
• Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.
