About the Role

As an HR Intern at AIMS Institutes, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Support bulk recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
  • Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
  • Conduct preliminary telephonic screening of candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Skills & Qualifications

  • BBA (Human Resource Management) or MBA (Human Resource Management) degree.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

What You'll Learn

During this internship, you will gain practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring strategies, employee onboarding, HR documentation, HR operations, employee engagement activities, HR compliance, HRMIS & data management, and interview coordination.

You will also develop skills in performance management basics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and professional communication.
