About the Role

As a Real Estate Sales Specialist (Channel Partner) at AJ Elite, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, real estate, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce or Zoho
  • Basic knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Ability to travel to site visits and property tours as required
