Job Description
About the Role
As a Payroll Apprentice, you will support global benefits operations by handling employee benefit cases, resolving queries, maintaining HR records, and ensuring accurate processing of employee benefits while meeting SLA, compliance, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Support employee benefits case handling across global locations
- Process benefit requests and validate supporting documents
- Respond to employee and stakeholder queries
- Maintain HR records and case management trackers
- Ensure compliance with country-specific benefit policies
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Monitor pending cases and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Identify process improvement opportunities
What You'll Need
- BBA
- B.Com
- BBM
- MBA
- Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field
