Responsibilities

As a member of a development team, you will play a crucial role in defining and developing applications that are leveraged across Allegion's web, mobile, and desktop product portfolios.

• Develop domain and product knowledge quickly
• Code, test, debug, evaluate, and document application development on desktop, web-based, and mobile platforms using various technologies
• Work closely with product teams and product management to understand requirements and translate them to elegant implementation
• Interface with overseas counterparts frequently to resolve issues and status updates

What You'll Need

• Strong programming abilities in C# or Java
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Strong knowledge of Database (SQL) concepts
• Strong knowledge of data structures and multithreading concepts
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Flexibility to work hours to meet important customer deliverables and project deadlines
