Key Responsibilities: We are looking forward to candidates interested in the business valuation profession in a high-paced environment. The role is ideal for those who have recently finished BCom/MBA/CA and aspire to start a career in valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and engage in IRC 409A valuations, purchase price allocation and business combinations, goodwill impairment testing, portfolio valuations, and complex security valuations.

2. Manage the entire project delivery cycle, including information gathering, industry research, valuation analysis, report preparation, and audit support.

Note: Salary will be better than the industry standards.
