About the Role
As a Telecaller at Amazing it solution, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over phone calls, generating new leads, and promoting our software services. Your day-to-day tasks will involve making outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to generate new leads and promote our software services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our software services and be able to communicate their benefits to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and help drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM system accordingly.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales strategies and share best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with the team to help drive business growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Customer communication skills: You should be able to effectively communicate with customers over the phone and in person.
- Lead Generation skills: You should be able to generate new leads and promote our software services to customers.
- Telecalling skills: You should be comfortable making outbound calls to customers and be able to handle rejection.
- Digital Marketing skills: You should have a basic understanding of digital marketing principles and be able to apply them in a sales context.
- Communication skills: You should be able to clearly and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Computer knowledge: You should have basic computer skills and be able to use our CRM system to manage customer interactions.
- Degree: A Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, but not required.
- Certifications: No certifications are required for this role, but having a certification in sales or marketing can be beneficial.
