About the Role

As an Operations Associate at Amazon in Bangalore, you will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end store launch operations across multiple cities.

• Plan and execute store launch operations across multiple cities, ensuring timely go-lives aligned with business expansion targets.
• Define and manage store service areas by analyzing geographic, demographic, and demand data to maximize coverage and delivery efficiency.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new store locations and ensure smooth operational setup.
• Drive operational readiness checklists and track key milestones to ensure all launch prerequisites are met before go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve blockers and maintain launch timelines.
• Build and maintain scalable SOPs, playbooks, and trackers to standardize the store launch process across geographies.
• Monitor launch performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing launch metrics and operational data.
