Digital Content Associate, Editorial, Writing, & Content Management

About the Role

This role is all about ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality digital content to Amazon Music listeners. As a Digital Content Associate, you'll be responsible for performing quality checks on English & Kannada digital content while listening to music, identifying errors reported by various systems and customers based on SOPs, and following up on those errors to ensure they're resolved.

You'll be working with headsets majorly, as quality checks will be performed on Music Tracks/Albums. This role requires you to be detail-oriented, have good communication & writing skills, and a professional demeanor. You'll also need to be proactive in raising issues or alarms to your manager or stakeholders that may impact core deliverables or operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on English & Kannada digital content while listening to music.
• Identify errors reported by various systems and customers based on SOPs.
• Follow up on errors to ensure they're resolved.
• Work with headsets majorly for quality checks on Music Tracks/Albums.
• Continuously adapt to business priorities, learn the features of multiple tools and systems used by the team.
• Follow SOP, identify and report errors in the content.
• Be aware of basic operations metrics such as productivity (number of titles processed per hour), quality (defect percentage) and delivery/latency SLA and adhere to business expectations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Good English & Kannada language proficiency: verbal, writing, reading and comprehension.
• Knowledge of Basic MS Office products and applications.
• Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.
• Good data analysis and troubleshooting skills related to content editing.
• Familiarity with Amazon Music and its competitors.
