Quality Auditor, Quality Team

About the Role

As a Quality Auditor in the Quality Team at Amazon Thunder, you will be responsible for performing systematic quality assessments within the global network of Data Associates. This involves manual review and validation of automated quality measurements to maintain high standards in data quality for AI development and training.

This role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication to identify root causes of issues and provide detailed insights on Data Associate-level quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits on individual workflows and units delivered by Data Associates to ensure high standards in data quality.
• Coach and calibrate Data Associates to improve performance and maintain strict compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Perform manual reviews to validate automated quality measurement systems and document and report quality findings accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with Quality Audit Managers to improve processes and implement best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality management tools and systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• C1+ or equivalent fluency in English language.
• Good working knowledge (B1+) in both spoken and written English.
• Experience in Machine Learning/Data Labeling operations.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in Business English.
• Experience with quality management tools and systems.
• Ability to work in strict compliance with internal guidelines.
• Hands-on experience in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
