About the Role

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the healthcare industry, specifically for roles such as Registered Nurses (RN), LPN/LVN, and Allied Healthcare professionals. Your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. You will also be required to maintain a strong relationship with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various job portals, LinkedIn, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess their suitability for healthcare roles.
• Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates to their needs.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipeline and database information.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and contribute to the growth of the recruitment team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any field (HR preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on English language proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet search skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
