About the Role
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the healthcare industry, specifically for roles such as Registered Nurses (RN), LPN/LVN, and Allied Healthcare professionals. Your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. You will also be required to maintain a strong relationship with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various job portals, LinkedIn, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess their suitability for healthcare roles.
- Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates to their needs.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipeline and database information.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and contribute to the growth of the recruitment team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (HR preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on English language proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet search skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
