About the Role

As a Medical Billing AR Caller, you will be responsible for communicating with patients and healthcare providers to resolve outstanding medical billing claims. Your primary goal will be to negotiate payment plans and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

On a daily basis, you will be working with various medical billing software and systems to track and manage claims, as well as staying up-to-date with changing insurance guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to resolve outstanding medical billing claims
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
• Work with medical billing software and systems to track and manage claims
• Stay up-to-date with changing insurance guidelines and regulations
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in billing claims
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, business)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer software and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, medical billing software)
• Knowledge of US healthcare terminology, CPT and ICD codes, and insurance guidelines
• Typing skills of at least 40 wpm
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
