About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role involves handling phone calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer support skills and knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Communications, or a related field).
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Positive communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
