About the Role
This Talent Acquisition Intern role offers a dynamic and enthusiastic individual the opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment processes, gain exposure to large-scale hiring, and work closely with experienced HR professionals in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of the Hiring team, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles, coordinating and scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting in initial telephonic screening and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and trackers with accuracy.
- Assist in initial telephonic screening and candidate engagement.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Conduct research to identify top talent and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (current student or recent graduate).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Eagerness to learn recruitment processes and talent mapping.
- Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment software and tools (e.g. applicant tracking systems).
