About the Role
As an HR Recruitment & Management Intern at anjalipvtltd, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. You will also be involved in talent management, ensuring that the company's workforce is aligned with its goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
- Conduct research to identify top talent in the industry and create a pool of potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's talent management strategy and ensure alignment with HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement recruitment campaigns and strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, report generation, and other tasks as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment and management.
