About the Role
Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a strong understanding of the professional audio product portfolio, including applications, configurations, and project-specific solutions.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and projects in Zoho CRM.
3. Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail while working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
4. Support the sales team by tracking pipeline progress, updating deal stages, and maintaining CRM data hygiene.
5. Generate CRM-based reports and dashboards to support business reviews and decision-making.
6. Prepare accurate quotations, including product selection, pricing, and supporting documentation.
7. Coordinate with sales, applications, and operations teams for proposal preparation and project tracking.
8. Manage Accounts Receivable tracking, including invoice follow-ups, payment status monitoring, and customer coordination.
9. Maintain visibility of outstanding receivables and provide timely updates on collection status.
