About the Role

The Candidate Success Executive - TA/HR role is a full-time position at ANSR Global Private Limited in Hyderabad.

As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring calendar alignment and timely communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear instructions, status updates, and interview-related information.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and interviewer availability.
• Manage interview logistics, including meeting coordination, video conferencing arrangements, and travel arrangements where applicable.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
• Facilitate interview feedback collection and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of evaluation and decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the improvement of interview coordination processes, templates, and workflows.
• Support employer branding initiatives by delivering a professional candidate experience aligned with the organization's values.
• Handle candidate communication with professionalism, confidentiality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

What You'll Need

• Strong MS-Word and MS-Excel skills.
• Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
